In-stock AX160 configurations are processed at our Florida distribution center and normally dispatch within 1–2 business days.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

UPS Ground delivery is typically estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier transit time is separate from order processing time and can vary by destination.

Qualifying orders over $249 receive free ground shipping to eligible destinations in the continental United States. Regional restrictions and policy terms apply.

LARGE AND MULTI-BOX ORDERS

Chassis, seats, monitor stands and accessories can ship in separate boxes. Carrier sorting may cause packages from the same order to arrive at different times.

Tracking information is provided after carrier pickup. We do not ship oversized products to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Warranty coverage

5-YEAR AX160 CHASSIS WARRANTY

The Extreme Simracing AX160 chassis is covered by a five-year limited warranty. Warranty support is provided by our U.S. customer support team and applies to eligible chassis components under normal intended use.

COVERAGE LIMITATIONS

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks from assembly or use, incorrect assembly, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, misuse, abuse, accidents, use outside the product's intended purpose or damage caused during transportation.

Third-party electronics, wheelbases, pedals, seats, displays, motion systems and accessories are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
